Bizarrely cool feminine Gypsy, Bohemian colorful skirt made of Upcycled Sari Silk. Incredibly beautiful!

This skirt has two cords that allow you to 'pull up' the skirt for a magical effect. As high or as low as you want! On 1 side, both sides or not at all and the effect is always completely different!
