Can I add something to the order I just placed?

After completing the ordering process, your order will be processed immediately. So you can't add anything to it. Of course, you are free to place a new order after this.

If I place a second order on the same day, will I pay shipping costs twice?

Each order is considered a separate order and therefore delivered separately. The shipping costs cover the costs we incur to prepare your order for shipping, to check, to transport and to deliver it. Because these actions take place with each order, we also charge shipping costs with each order.

When can I expect my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping notification from us by email. From that moment on, the following shipping time applies:

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

For parcel post you can email info@two-sisters.nl to provide your order number. Your order is insured against loss and/or damage when shipped by PostNL, we will resend or refund your order.

No, we do not charge extra costs for paying via Klarna, Paypal and Creditcard, But we do pay extra costs for that. So for us it is nice if you just pay with Ideal!
