All orders are shipped within 24 to a maximum of 48 hours. So every day (except Sunday).

Can I add something to the order I just placed?

After completing the checkout process, your order is processed immediately. So you can't add anything to it. Of course, you're free to place a new order afterwards.

If I place a second order on the same day, do I pay shipping twice?

Each order is treated as a separate order and is therefore delivered separately. Shipping costs cover the work we do to prepare your order for dispatch, check it, transport it and deliver it. Because these steps happen with every order, we charge shipping per order.

When can I expect my order?

As soon as we've shipped your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email. From that moment, the following delivery times apply:

Letter mail: 1 - 2 working days* (PostNL has not delivered letter mail on Mondays since 2014)

Parcel post via PostNL: 1 working day*

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

For parcel post, email info@the-twosisters.nl with your order number. Your order is insured against loss and/or damage during shipping by PostNL. We'll either reship your order or refund it.

How can I pay in your online shop?

You can pay via iDEAL, Klarna (pay later), Bancontact and PayPal.

Is there a fee for paying with iDEAL?

No, we don't charge any extra fees for iDEAL.

Is there a fee for paying with PayPal or Klarna pay later?

No, we cover those extra costs.
