Red Aventurine Mala

The Mala is a string of beads used in Buddhism and Hinduism for meditation and prayer. Traditionally, you hold the Mala in your right hand and slide your thumb over each bead while repeating your prayer, mantra or meditation 108 times. This meditative act reminds you to be aware of where you are and evokes the endless possibilities that the future holds for you.

Aventurine helps with nervous (heart) complaints, tension, irritated skin, scaly plexus, allergies and liver disorders. It also helps with impatience and anxiety.
